I found this book in a second hand shop in Bangalore, India. This is one of the best cooking book ever. So tasty and really good instruction. I am not sure what is my favourite dish however the Bombay potatoes is amazing, The tour dhaal with spring onions is out of this world and Pannier and Okra is as good as sex.Try is…and enjoy!

A good selection of Indian vegetarian meals. Some dishes seem reasonably easy to prepare, while others are a bit more difficult.

This is the best Indian cookbook I have ever come across. It is like a bible for my sister and I who love curries. I was vegetarian for a long time and used it loads; now I eat meat we adapt the recipes to include chicken etc.You cannot fail with this book!

This the 1st ever Indian cookery book I ever bought. I found it well written and very informative, with some excellent, easy-to-follow recipes. There are helpful glossaries that are really useful to a beginner.
