Slightly disappointed that some of the ingredients in this book are branded products from overseas so I will need to do a bit of Googling to find alternatives. I purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter who is vegan but she is confident she will be able to adapt the recipes with alternative products that can be purchased in the UK.
