This is a beautifully illustrated cookbook, well above the quality of industry average. The author is a food photographer, food stylist and professional chef. Dynamite combo. She is also adventurous, gluten-free and very experienced.I've been following her wholefoods blog for years, but holding her book in my kitchen feels like holding her wisdom in my hands. Besides, it just feels much better cradling a book than a laptop.Favourites so far? - sweet potato & kale latkes with poached eggs (speedy supper) - Peanut Brown Rice Patties which uses leftover cooked brown rice with quinoa flakes and peanuts. My kids wolfed them last night. - kale slaw with honey miso dressing (The Snazz) - Gluten free flatbread that chars and bubbles like it should! (My dahl will be taken to another cosmology now) - Gluten-free sourdough starter (ingenious). - dark chocolate coconut bites (better than Bounty Bars)

Perfect Christmas present for my mother - she was delighted. Of course, she won't get round to cooking from it - she just likes to look at the books lined up on her shelf!I flicked through, and it looks very interesting. Eight quid well spent.
